Shock Shop has tested the new TTX36 and still favors the earlier ST44.  While the TTX36 employs recent concepts for valving, Shock Shop can achieve better performance with the ST44.  Unfortunately, Ohlins has decided to cease production of the ST44.  Shock Shop elected to purchased the remaining inventory of Ohlins ST44 piggy-back dampers

and offers them at a significant savings.

 

Of importance to existing and future owners of the ST44 is the excellent Ohlins policy of having parts available for a minimum of ten years after discontinuing a product.
